The indictments are coming from DOJ, independently from the minor contempt of Congress for not answering subpoenas. You do not attempt a fascist coup and pretend it was a happy tourist visit and get away with it. The day and night differences in the January 6th narrative from videos and republicans interpretations of those videos is real. Republiturds participated in the attempted subversion of our Democracy and they don’t want to go to jail for their part. So, what you see is the twisting and turning of guilty people trying to spin the treasonous acts into thin air. Ain’t happening.
