DARIEN, IL — Darien police released their latest blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports:
Someone struck a house with paintballs between midnight and 7:30 a.m. Saturday in the 2200 block of Hamilton Drive. Juan Castro Lopez, age unavailable, of Chicago, was cited about noon Oct. 13 near 103rd Street and Lemont Road on charges of driving with a suspended license, no valid registration and failure to carry warning devices on a truck. He was released and given a date to appear in court. Maria Garcia Perez, 33, of Chicago, was cited about 9:30 p.m. Friday in the 8100 block of Lemont Road on charges of driving with a suspended license and speeding. She was speeding 60 mph in a 40 mph zone. She was released and given a date to appear in court. Cristian Serna, 19, of Chicago, was cited about 8 p.m. Saturday in the area of Cass Avenue on charges of no valid driver's license, unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver and speeding. He was released and given a date to appear in court. Jaylah Jones, 18, of Chicago, was cited about 10:30 p.m. Sunday on Cass Avenue on charges of no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to signal. She was clocked speeding 50 mph in a 40 mph zone. She was released and given a date to appear in court. Police report information is provided by local police departments.
