Press release from the City of Concord: October 21, 2021 At its meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 26, the Concord City Council/Local Reuse Authority will consider the Concord First Partners, LLC exclusive negotiating agreement (ENA) for the base reuse project at the former Concord Naval Weapons Station. The staff report and agenda packet for this item are now available on the Concord Reuse Project website. At a special meeting on Aug. 21, 2021, the Council, sitting as the Local Reuse Authority, directed staff to negotiate an ENA with Concord First Partners, LLC. The ENA provides the terms and timeframes under which the parties will pursue the implementation of the Community Reuse Project. Public comments can be emailed to the City Clerk..
