Orangeaire Townhouse Villas at 2211 W Marlette Ave, Phx., will be having a Community Yard Sale thru-out the complex. This Saturday 10-23-2021, 8am - 2pm. Come on over! I will be selling - OK, almost giving it away - Christmas stuff!!! I have 7 plastic bins full of different types of Christmas decorations. Each bin, with ALL the contents in it will be sold for $10.00 each. WHAT A STEAL!!! Heck! the bin itself is worth $10.00. I'm in the southeast part of the complex.
