Mayor Rochelle Robinson nominated Bass for the appointed position of Parks & Recreation Director with the City Council voting unanimously to approve her recommendation. Bass brings 14 years experience in the Parks & Recreation industry and has been recognized by the National Recreation and Parks Association as an Outstanding Young Professional.
