Lost dog

Our dog is missing. Has been missing since 10/21 at 5:45am. He was hit by a car in front of our house at the intersection of Clementa Ave Nw and 155th St in Silver Creek township while he was chasing a deer but we can't find him. He is a yellow lab mix with a short tail about 40lbs.
