I am in search of someone that will be an assistant with my cleaning business. I am looking for someone that enjoys cleaning, works hard, and is reliable. My goal as a cleaner is to create a welcoming environment that looks immaculate. I need someone that will have an eye for detail, that will not cut corners, and that will put in the extra mile to uphold my company values. The most important quality that I am looking for in someone is reliability. I need great communication with timely phone calls or texts in response to work needed and the ability to show up on time. Reliability is a must! My clients count on me to show up, especially for vacation rentals at the date and time, and there is not room for instability in the schedule. You must have a reliable car and phone. You must be available during the day as most jobs are between the hours of 9 and 3. Hours vary week to week but avg of 10-15 hours per week. There is flexibility if you have set days at another job or school, as to when I schedule you. I am willing to train a motivated individual but prefer someone with experience. There will be a general training period of a six weeks at $17 an hour and if consistent show up and quality work, will grow to be an $18 an hour position. I pay by the hour at the job, I don't pay for travel. But nearly all jobs are within 10 minutes from Flagstaff and if farther, I can drive.
