INSTALLER Dates of work: Immediately - January 23 We are looking for additional crew members and/or a crew chief to professionally install Christmas lights on homes and businesses. No experience is required, but you must meet the requirements listed below. If you already have experience doing this professionally, we promise that no one will pay you better! Requirements: - You're 18 years old or older - You MUST be willing to spend most of your day on roofs & tall ladders - You MUST have a large vehicle that can transport ladders & supplies (supplies provided by the company) - You’re reliable, hard working & honest - You're willing to work as an independent contractor Nice to have experience: - Previous work that required you to regularly be on a ladder or roof, such as: construction, window washing, gutter cleaning, exterior painting, roofing, etc. - Electrical experience * We can train you on this if needed Responsibilities: - Carry large ladder(s) with you to each job site - Receive & carry small quantities of inventory from Winter Wonderlights in your vehicle - Install Christmas lights on houses using the detailed work orders provided by Winter Wonderlights - Make sure the completed work meets our quality standards - Ensure our customer's property is as clean as it was when you arrived - Communicate daily with our Director of Operations about what inventory you have - Report work completion through our scheduling app - Treat customers & their property with respect Why work for us?: - Weekly pay - Great pay during the holidays! Earn $1,500-$4,000 each week. Pay is based on jobs completed. The more you get done each week is better for the customer, us, & you. We’ll provide you with paid, on-the-job training. You’ll work alongside our best installers. - This is great place to work!
