General information about Yellow Fever Vaccine studies: The purpose of the study is to look at how the immune system responds to a new investigational Yellow Fever Vaccine (vYF) compared to licensed YF-VAX vaccine. The study will help to define safety and protective immune response against healthy volunteers between the ages of 18 – 60. You may be eligible if you meet the following criteria: * You are between the ages of 18-59 * You can read and understand English and are willing to sign a consent form. * You are in good health. * Never vaccinated for Yellow Fever before * Not planning to travel to sub-Saharan African or tropical South America without notifying study team.
