We are a fast paced, family owned & operated water mitigation company serving residential and commercial properties extending from South County to North County. Our number one priority is to make sure our customers are taken care of and receive a 5 star experience, in order to achieve this we offer team training and an excellent working environment so our valued employees can feel confident when representing Ultra Dry. We are looking to hire a Full Time, Apprentice/Helper to join our team immediately. This entry-level position works full-time and earns a competitive wage TBD based on experience. You do not need to have Restoration background to apply - so don't let that stop you. We are looking for a hard working individual who has a drive to learn and be part of a team. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A APPRENTICE / HELPER Willingness to learn - we will teach you a lot Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work with heights and small crawl spaces Positive attitude Are you detail-oriented and motivated? Do you have excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally? Can you work well with others? Are you someone with a positive, can-do attitude? Do you follow instructions well?
