Facilities Support (Fixed Shift) SeeScan is currently looking for an individual to join our Facilities department doing Facilities Support work. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a safe, orderly, and clean working environment at SeeScan. As needed, you will also help set up a productive environment for office meetings and functions. Responsibilities • Perform general custodial work, including: o Clean offices, including vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash o Clean break room and surrounding areas, including sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal o Clean and sanitize restrooms o Clean windows and mirrors as needed o Empty trash cans and replace liners, and clean receptacles as necessary • Report safety issues, repair needs, and any other facility deficiencies to supervisor • Monitor the inventory of janitorial, office and conference supplies and report supplies needed to supervisor • Close buildings and set alarm • Communicate effectively and professionally with all department staff and other SeeScan employees Qualifications • Able to work fixed shift of 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday • One year commercial cleaning experience desired • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, techniques, and standards • Able to lift objects less than 50 lbs.
