Landscaper Needed!

Our apartment community is looking for a full-time landscaper. Duties shall include: • Picking up trash throughout the property • Clean pool deck and furniture • Raking, mowing & edging • Hedge trimming and leaf blowing • Checking Irrigation • Fertilizing Occasionally there will be trenching, planting, and repairing irrigation, drainage installation and other small enhancement projects. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently, have a positive attitude, be clean, neat and courteous. We are looking for detail hard-working, individuals that are self-motivated and take pride in their work. Requirements • At least one year experience in landscaping. • Knowledge in irrigation drainage and plant installation. • Ability to use Landscaping gas power tools. • Ability to carry/lift 50 pounds. • Valid California license is a plus.. • Team Player and willing to help out with other duties as assigned. FULL TIME Salary Based on Experience. Position comes with full benefits.
