Help needed assisting with general gardening/landscape maintenance, caring for annuals and perennials, watering, weeding, and planting. This entry level, full time position with benefits requires a dependable individual. Current Positions Available, Rate of Pay, Benefits Offered: • 2 Full-time Permanent Entry Level-Landscape positions available (Schedule M-F 6:00am-2:30pm) • Hourly rate of pay: $15.00 per hour • Benefits Offered (Health Insurance-Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life, 401k-Retirement Plan, Savings Plan, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave and Holiday time, etc.) Job Duties Include (but are not limited to): • Detailing and maintaining property • Mow grass • Trimming shrubs • Cleaning • Pull weeds • Use blower • Plants new plants and flowers • Edge grass • Other job duties as decided by his supervisor Skills Required to Perform the Duties of the Job: • Reliable and motivated • Detail oriented, highly organized and responsible • Ability to handle constant changes in the workplace in both and cold weather • Ability to take direction well Weight Lifting (or other physical) Requirements to Perform the Duties of the Job : • Lift up to 50 pounds routinely • Walk, stand, bend for long periods of time (at least 90% of the day) Must have the following requirements to apply: • Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation required. • Experience preferred but not required. • Successful applicants will be asked to show proof that they can legally work in the US Instructions to Apply: • Pickup, fill out and return application with your DMV printout at our Main Gate at the following address: 39033 Morningside Drive, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270 • Respond to this post with your resume and DMV printout.
