Simonian Electric is hiring a Full-Time General Maintenance person. Requirements: Candidate must be experienced in General Apartment Maintenance including but, not limited to installation of doors, windows, siding, drywall, carpet, etc. A working knowledge of Plumbing, Heating and Cooling systems is a plus. Must be organized, honest and be able to work with minimal supervision. Candidate must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, a positive attitude and be dependable.
