We are looking for a handy individual to help maintain our dental office facility. We need facility maintenance work done. The work is highly variable, but includes spackle and paint, light carpentry and woodworking, and some plumbing for example. Most of the work is indoors. The office is open during the week, so maintenance work would need to be done on the weekends. There is always something to maintain, fix or upgrade. This could be a limited run, but our intention is for it to be a long-term position. You would be a W-2 employee of the business. So, license and bonding are not needed. You would be covered under our insurance.
