Primary Job Responsibilities of a Program Manager *Must have knowledge and experience in social services. Prefer at least 2 years experience working in Supported Living; *Reports to the Administrator and Statewide Director; *Schedules employees to provide homes with 24-hour staff support; *Maintains client finances; *Ensures Agency wide compliance with Financial Management policies; *Monthly oversight of client finances; *Supports with evaluation, review, and training of House Managers on a monthly basis; *Creates client plans and monitors implementation. Follow up on any updates and ensure necessary and signatures are secured as required; *Evaluates & trains employees new and current employees to ensure competency and compliance; *Follows all agency policies, procedures, and has extensive knowledge of WAC’s and DSHS policies; *Coaching & counseling of employees; *Acts as Crisis On-Call Senior Responder when designated; *Act as a positive role model. Treat clients with dignity and respect; *Communicates and coordinates with outside agencies for the benefit of the clients; *Facilitates staff meetings and training as directed by the administrator; *Other managerial tasks as assigned by the Administrator or Statewide Director.
