CLEAR Greeters | (CVG) | 2021 Encore Nationwide is staffing Greeters at CLEAR stations in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky (CVG) Airport. Each team member will work 4 weeks as a Greeter with the opportunity to be considered for Full Time positions with CLEAR after the 4 weeks have ended. PROGRAM: CLEAR Airport Greeters CLEAR Greeters will work at the airport to meet and assist all current CLEAR members and airport travelers. STAFFING CRITERIA: -Must be 18+ years old -Friendly, Personable, Able to interact with wide variety of people -Professional with excellent communication skills -Positive and energetic attitude -Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work a variety of shifts -Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day -Must be able to pass a background check, government background investigation, drug test and Airport Badging process CLEAR BACKGROUND SCREENING PROCESS: -Credit check - debt in collections not credit score -SNN verification -SSN trace -10 year criminal search (federal and global) -Drug test 4 panel: cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, PCP, & 6-Monoacetylmorphine -Employment -Motor Vehicle STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES: Staff training process – in person/on-site (approx. Tue. 11/9) On-site activation: -Meet and assist customers at the CLEAR lane entrance -Consistently demonstrate adherence to security procedures by validating boarding passes upon entry -Provide members and airport visitors with directions or any information they require, ensuring that they are greeted with courtesy every time -Excellent communication skills, as well as a high levels of patience and professionalism -Comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies and procedures at all times -Potential for all staff to be hired full time by CLEAR after the Greeter program. DATES/TIMES/LOCATION: Greeter Program: Wed, Nov 10 - Tues, Dec 7 (every day) -AM Shifts: 3:45AM - 11:45AM -PM Shifts: 11:45AM - 7:45PM Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport 3087 Terminal Dr Hebron, KY 41048 PARKING : CLEAR will cover $50/month of the $100/month for parking. ATTIRE: Please wear black pants, black closed toe shoes and white button down shirt. RATE: Paid W2 via DD every 2 weeks -Greeter Program (4 weeks): $25/hour. ______________________________________________________________________ Full Time position details: FT with CLEAR (to start): $16/hour + $1,000 (signing bonus) + the below commissions/benefits: Perks of Being a Team Member at CLEAR!
