The Disassembly For Repair Technician (DFR) is responsible to dismantle and reassembly of damaged motor vehicles. Exposing 100% of all damage related to the collision loss. Document and communicate any damage to a motor vehicle to the point that when the body technician receives the job there is not stopping the repair. The DFR technician must foster positive team spirit within the department and along with other departments. This person must be meticulous with his/her work and always strive to improve productivity and quality of work. Individuals with mechanical and physical labor experience preferred!
