The short version: Looking for genuine American geezers to write and play rock and roll for fun in an actual "safe space." Old souls, college-age people with half a brain at least, and chicks who think like geezers are welcome. It's rock n' roll--EVERYONE is welcome (except Fascists who will be humiliated). I have a rehearsal space with drums, PA, bass and guitar amps, etc. I want to use this group to slow myself down, and write better songs, and maybe not sing on top of the beat like a nervous wreck anymore. I am an amateur singer, but since I pay the rent, I will continue to sing. I take it seriously and have learned a lot during the pandemic about bedroom performance. Now I want to see if I can hold up for at least an hour on the PA in my space. We need: bass, drums, guitar. Thanks. We don't need: people who have to be paid money because this is for fun; aging Steve Perry clones who want to drive by and telling me my "influences are brilliant"; the close-minded, uptight, or politically confused. We are ALL Americans and not everyone you don't like is literally Hitler. That said, down with Fascism! Up with accountable government and checks and balances!
