Please help me find this man!

Approximately two days ago a man that goes by LAHanzo on youtube that streams on various other streams filmed himself going out while intoxicated to find a black person to spray with mace to try and frame and get them shot by police it was planned and his followers egged him on he found his victim on Wilshire in Los Angeles right before Ralph's store he started following a man with a tan coat and cream pants approximately 50's carrying a bag and picked a fight repeatedly tried to get the man to fight him but the man walked ahead at which point he caught up with him to spray him with mace and then proceeded to run into Ralph's grocery store at 5601 Wilshire BlvdLos Angeles, CA 90036 where he told the employees that he claimed he knew that the man had a gun and was threatening to shoot him which was 100% false and for them to call the cops both men were eventually kicked out of the store where the people working there told them that they could not spray mace inside and would have to go outside so the streamer followed the man outside and kept spraying him the feed abruptly ends but I have spent the entire night tracking all this info down from a shorter stream and I need help finding any info on the attacker or helping find the victim so that he knows I have video evidence of the attack that shows he was doing nothing wrong and that the attacker planned this when he left his house and has many videos of him doing the same sorts of things so much so that at the very beginning of the video his followers are already telling him to mace someone, eventually if we don't get this guy caught he will get an innocent person killed which is what it appears he is trying to do, I have contacted the FBI as well as tracked down all the other videos of this person doing these sorts of things even though his youtube is now deleted I have them. Please if you have any information on either the attacker or the victim contact law enforcement in Los Angeles!! I have also contacted the Ralph's but they are playing dumb so it will probably take the FBI helping.
