want help making windshield roof frame for scooter

i want to make a very simplified, smaller, but sturdy version, of a scooter front plexi glass windshield and angled or curved overhead frame mounts to the rear rack.i will do my own tinkering for a mini tarp or roof.with plastic boards mounted. i will use water bead repellent, so no electronics or wiper. for a scarabeo 200. just the frame fabrication, mounted, and mount a piece of flexible plexi glass to it. no time contraints, and casual project. near berkeley prefered. materials : angle aluminum bracket of some sort, aluminum plate for mount rear rack.screws, bolts, nuts, washers. drill, cut, angle, shape, mount plexi glass, assemble. i can collaberate, help and negotiable $, text. thank you.
