MFA student to photograph women/non-binary folk with a green thumb!

Hello! I am a photography MFA student at UCLA and looking to make portraits of feminine/non-binary relationships to food and earth. I would love to take portraits of women/non-binary/trans folk in their own gardens, community gardens, with produce they have grown, food they have made with produce they have grown, and any other place/setting/situation that feels evocative of this relationship to food, growth, earth for people. I want the process and the portrait to be collaborative; us working together to represent your relationship with food, produce, earth, growth, garden. I will pay $30 and also make you a unique silver-gelatin darkroom print of a portrait I make of you. I shoot only film and do not generally post my work on social media. The images would potentially be shown on my website, gallery spaces, group critiques etc. All ages!!
