Laborer Supervisors (HQ Center City Camden) Compensation: $20 to $35 hour *Plus bonues and tips* Based on experience employment type: Part-time; full-time; per diem Hoarders Express Clean-Ups *****MUST PROVIDE VACCINATION CARD; VALID DRIVERS LICENSE***** We hire Veterans with or without ratings!!! We travel throughout NJ, PA, NY, DE, and MD *****Be a part of our Successful and growing business and start your own business through us***** Part-time; full-time; per diem Area Supervisor - New Jersey/Philadelphia Area compensation: Based on Experience + up to $1000.00 sign on bonus, after 90 days!!! Incentive Program: 10% annually based on base salary divided into 4 quarters!!! Competitive Wages Eligible for Company Sponsored Bonuses and incentives!!! Employment type: Part-time; full-time; per diem w/Flexible Hours Must be Flexible Our preferred candidate will have General Labor, Handyman and Leadership skills, if not we can train! Management Training Opportunity after 90 days Tip by customers Bonues by management ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Safety Responsible for ensuring satisfactory completion of all scheduled services in assigned area Conduct on-site quality reviews of team and communities to ensure service is executed according to standards of service and safety policies Monitor staff check in/out and overall time to completion using our proprietary technology Organize and staff rollout/launch of service of all properties Provide on-call support to workforce Manage workforce inventory/supplies; including Uniforms, Supplies, Etc. Work collaboratively with other business units as required to serve customer Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Marketing Other duties as assigned REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years experience in People Management, Supervisory, handy man and Cleaning, Cleanup/out Services Experience managing a workforce who work 5 days a week, some Saturdays; roughly 4-8 hours per day Intermediate to experience in employee relations as it relates management (i.e. to include conversations around terminations, etc.) Experience in managing multi-site operations Experience in driving 12 passenger vehicle, able to drive with a trailer attached is a plus Experience providing customer service and client-facing conversation Experience in conflict resolution and the ability to diffuse and deescalate situations Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be a good follower to be a great leader THOSE THAT ARE MOST EFFECTIVE IN THIS ROLE EXHIBIT THE FOLLOWING BEHAVIORS: Strong planning, time management and organizational skills Strong work ethic and quality improvement orientation Ability to build trust and rapport; effectively communicate with co-workers, employees and customers Self-motivated and resourceful Ability to work independently Able to self-manage with some supervision Collaborative/team player Embody our core values: Building leaders; Always branding; Fun, enthusiastic team environment; Listen, fulfill & delight Mona Pryor Sr. Operations Advisor "Everyone Knows a Hoarder!"
