Job Summary:
Assists in supervising, training, counseling and mentoring warehouse staff.
Assists in coordinating warehouse distribution activities.
Develops and implements distribution systems, policies and procedures to increase employee productivity and maintain inventory accuracy.
Job Requirements:
This full-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a large distribution facility or retail establishment overseeing a staff of at least 20 employees.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Must be willing to work overtime, nights and weekends as needed.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership abilities and a solid work ethic.
Bilingual language is a plus but not a requirement.
Computer skills and understanding of inventory control applications and concepts is essential.

Hours 1:30pm -10:00pm
Salary $17.00 to $20.00 depending on experience.
