New band seeking Keyboardist: Piano/B3/Synth who can also double on Fiddle or Pedal Steel Guitar. Lead and/or Harmony Vocal ability would be a huge plus! Gender is irrelevant. We are looking for the final piece to complete our lineup, for a dual genre band: Country and Blues/Rock/Variety. In other words, we want to be able to play a whole night of country or a whole night of Blues/Rock/Variety as well as any combination of all the genres depending on the needs of the venue. The band is currently forming with some seasoned veteran musician's and vocalist's known in the area and already on board, consisting of Drums, Bass, 2 Guitars and 3 of the 4 have Lead/Harmony Vocal ability. We all get along like brothers, support each other and have been playing together for many years. There are NO egos's or primadonna's here...we are honest, loyal, dedicated and responsible and seek someone with the same qualities that will fit. This is a project in the sense that there will be a lot of collaboration on music, arrangements, vocals, harmonies...putting on a great show...etc. We are looking to put an excellent product on the street...no less...and that will take dedication and time before it's ready. We aren't in a rush and have agreed if it takes six months to a year before it's ready for Prime Time...then that's what we'll do. We are about having fun and being a top act in the area, but serious when it comes to our product. All of our members have been playing shows in the area for thirty plus years and have what it takes to make this happen. Rehearsal facility is located in Wheaton, IL.
