YEAR 5- VIVA EAST Rockabilly Weekender & Custom Car Show (by Sliding Rock Promotions.) Bands, DJs, vendors, burlesque, pre1970 cars & more! GROUND RULES / FAQ's: Thank you for buying your VIVA EAST 2021 ticket! We want everyone to have the best time possible. Therefore, as much as we love rebels, there must be some ground rules… Thank you in advance for following them. ~Mark TICKETS: NOTE: ANYONE WHO BOUGHT 2020 TICKETS CAN BRING THEM TO 2021 AND WE WILL HONOR THEM. No need to buy a new ticket.Please note that EACH TICKET IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY. Copying a "print at home ticket" will not work - They are uniquely coded and can only be used one time. If you cannot get to VIVA EAST, you can give or sell it to a friend. If you do not come to the event, there are NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. The name on the ticket doesn’t have to match the person presenting it, but only one person can use one ticket.WHO CAN ATTEND: Rockabilly loving, custom car loving, vintage loving, fun loving individuals.Must be 21 & Over to attend the Burlesque shows. IF you are under 21 or traveling with someone under 21: You must follow the Commonwealth of Massachusetts state law, as governed by the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC), as well as Hotel policy. Kids are welcome to attend, but be advised that there is loud music and a bar / nightclub atmosphere throughout the hotel (including the pool) - so bring children at your own discretion. Children under 12 are free. Leashed dogs are allowed - the hotel is dog friendly. We ask that your dog be friendly too. Hotel policy dictates where dogs are and are not permitted. No dogs unattended. THINGS YOU CAN DO: Have an unapologetic, fantastic time!THINGS YOU CANNOT DO: Unless you are an official vendor of Viva East, you CANNOT SELL MERCHANDISE OR SERVICES FROM YOUR ROOM or anywhere on hotel property. You will be ejected from the hotel and the event without refund.CANNOT Take ice chests into music venues or public areas in the hotel.CANNOT carry any weaponsCANNOT wear motorcycle club colors (as per hotel rules) in the hotel or at the car show, Car Club logos are O.K.CANNOT sell, possess or distribute drugsCANNOT fight anywhere on the hotel property. Violators will be ejected from the event without refund. NO SMOKING inside the hotel - Except in designated smoking rooms. Smoking outside requires butts, etc., to be put in smoking receptacles and not on the ground. The hotel frowns on burn-outs or other show-off stunts (You know who you are ;-) OTHER INFO What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? To & From Airport: We have a special rate setup with Knights Limo (Shared Van Service).
