I've tried EVERYTHING to get new picture ID after being robbed, and I have no options left. I need to park my van and go greyhound to columbia, SC where my ID is in system, current, and valid. There they can scan my fingerprints and issue a replacement without birth certificate or anything. I'm stuck in a catch 22 and this is my only solution aside from storming in the DMV intent on jail time. I can afford reasonable fee, but not much. My ID is gonna total over $400. It's only $40 for my new ID, but travel and food rack up fast. Im sure someone can use extra $50-$60 for dead space....
