Metro Golf Cars is the leading golf car dealership in the southwest region and we are growing and needing to add more people to our team. Parts Runner: The primary role in this career is to deliver parts to the repair and make ready shops promptly after those shops order the parts. Occasionally a customer may also come into a parts warehouse to buy or pick up a part, at which time the parts runner may assist going into the warehouse area to grab that part and bring it to the front parts counter. Typically parts are hand delivered to the end user and occasionally fork lift operation is required. Other job duties and responsibilities may include helping with inventory management, shop organization and up keep. A growing family run business requiring 40 hours per week and includes paid vacation, paid sick leave, health care and other benefits. Starting pay $10/ hour or more with proven experience. Service Yard Runner: The primary role in this career is to manage the organization of the service lot and stage vehicles waiting on repair and facilitate cleaning and prep for vehicles return to customer. Occasionally a customer may also drop of a vehicle for repair and they will need to be assisted and the proper procedures followed. Typically vehicles are drivable but sometime repair vehicles require the use the operation of a small tow truck and occasionally a fork lift. Other job duties and responsibilities may include helping with inventory management, yard organization and up keep, and assisting with loading and unloading vehicles on company trucks. This is a growing family run business requiring 40 hours per week and includes paid vacation, paid sick leave, health care and other benefits. Starting pay $10/ hour or more with proven experience.
