Stripped Rotor Bolt - Need Help. Quick $100

Amateur mechanic in need of help. I stripped the 4mm 10.9 steel bolt holding my rotor in place - I've tried to drill it out but I don't have the tools or experience to break it free. I'll pay $100 if you can successfully remove it using your tools BUT you need to do the work in my driveway. The truck is on a flat surface and prepped to work (jack stands, etc). I need this done today. If you fail to remove it, I will pay you $20 for the effort. It's better than nothing.
