Position Title: Electronic Refurbisher – 1st/2nd Shift Wage: $14/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: 8am-4:30pm, Noon-8pm Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scenes when you trade in your old phone or computer? Diamond Assets, LLC prides itself in its buy-back program where they purchase used iPads, MacBooks, and other Apple products to be refurbished and resold on sites such as Amazon. They are currently looking for Electronic Refurbishers to aid in the refurbishing projects regarding these products and need individuals with a keen eye for details and an interest working with computers and tablets. This is a temp to hire opportunity on 1st or 2nd shift. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Work with Apple devices, including MacBooks, IPads, iMacs, and IPods - Clean devices using light cleaning chemicals to remove any dirt, grime labels, and stickers - Identify cosmetic flaws as well as functional defects on devices - Collect and erase data from devices by resetting and running various programs - Evaluate devices for scratches, dings, dents, speaker issues, cracks, battery issues, and dead pixels - Accurately evaluate and assign proper grade to devices while following company SOPs - Follow detailed grading instructions and processes - Print serial number labels, confirming information and package - Package and palletize device into custom formed boxes Requirements: - Attention to detail - Quality minded - Work well in a fast paced environment with dynamic requirements and priorities QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with nearly 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
