-Have you worked in a Call Center environment in the last 12 months?
- Are you able to commit to a two-week training?
- Training Hours: 8-5 pm with a one-hour lunch- Hours ONLY FOR TRAINING.
- Do you enjoy working in a high-paced environment?
- Call center is open from 7 am to 7 pm M-F, Saturday until 1 pm, and NO Sundays. ( We have full time and part-time positions)
- Are you flexible working within the hours listed above? If yes, then send me your resume.
We have classes, two classes, in November.
As a CSR Representative, you will respond to and provide timely, professional, accurate, and adequate responses to customers' inbound and outbound calls, e-mails, chats, and other assigned service delivery to customers.
