Cleaning person needed for getting rentals homes clean

We are looking for a on call person, not full time who is experienced in cleaning houses. We are a property manage co that rents small homes in Volusia county. We need someone who we can clean a home when tenant moves out. Not to remove furniture and big items but to have the houses clean, appliances clean, vents and inside of windows, bathrooms and kitchen, floor etc. Most of the homes will be in Deltona, Deland, Debary and Orange city.
