German Shepard Puppies for adoption!

We have 4 German Shepard puppies (3 girls 1 boy) looking for their forever home. Our neighbor was walking their dog when someone pulled over and dumped them and their mom and drove off. We tried several shelters but they will only take dogs from kill shelters and we'd prefer that they do not go to a kill shelter. We have found a home for the mom but still looking for the puppies. We're only asking what the vet bills will cost to re-home them and a small phone/text interview to make sure they
