Check out our company at, JL Industries Provides our Full Time Associates With: • Competitive Wage • Extended 3 Day Weekend with 4/10 Hour Shift Structure • 100% Employer Paid Medical, Vision, Dental, Basic Life/AD&D and Short Term Disability • Buy Up Options For Medical and Vision • 48 Hours of Personal Time Off (PTO), Additional Vacation Time and 7 Paid Holidays • 401k with Company Match • Voluntary Life/AD&D For Employee, Spouse and Children • Voluntary Long Term Disability Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Summary/ Objective: With safety and quality in mind, clean, perform final visual inspection, package and label outgoing product as required by procedure and orders Essential Functions: • Perform final visual inspection on company products and report any defective products and/or materials to department supervisor • Perform all computer function necessary to print labels and any necessary items • Package and label products as required by specifications • Follow the company quality management standards to ensure quality and uniform completion • Maintain appropriate paperwork and records • Follow work instructions and priorities as established by department supervisor • Maintain the work area and equipment are in a clean and orderly condition • Follow prescribed safety guidelines and regulations • Complete tasks within acceptable time schedules with minimum supervision • Perform all other reasonably related duties as assigned Competencies: • Ability to follow instructions • Ability in mathematics, reading and writing • Organizational skills and attention to details • Time management skills • Computer skills Physical Demands • Prolonged periods of standing (up to 8 hours) • Manual dexterity in order to package and assemble • Regularly lift/ move 10 lbs, frequently lift/ move up to 50 lbs • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
