Large male sulcata tortoise. He hatched in 2009, so he is 12 years old. He last weighed in at 55 pounds and still has a lot of growing left to do! He’s used to roaming in a large yard full of grass to munch on and puts himself to bed in an insulated heated shed every night. He pretty much just sleeps through winter no matter how much I heat his shed but is very active in the warmer months. He participated in educational shows for several years until he got too big to easily transport. He’s been around all sorts of other animals and is friendly and curious. He’s generally respectful of physical boundaries when given an appropriate amount of space to roam, exercise, and graze. Re-homing fee $500 cash. His current shed has seen better days but you can have that too, along with a couple heaters if you want. Serious inquiries only and must show proof of an appropriately sized outdoor space for him.
