Missing cat gray girl cat REWARD OFFERED!!!

My beautiful baby Caboose has been missing now for over three months and I am at a total loss for what to do and where to even turn. She just had her first birthday on July 4th, and went missing apparently just vanishing into thin air days after that on July 11th. She is completely gray with no colorings or markings on her. The only distinguishing thing about her is that she is not fixed and a week or so before she went missing she hurt her tail which caused it to hang down like a J and not straight up anymore. I'm not sure if she's gotten better since then, so this might have resolved. She went missing from the area of NW 19th and Savier St in downtown Portland. She wasn't wearing her collar that day because I had bought a GPS collar and as I was switching to her new one, she vanished. If anyone has any information that helps me find my baby Caboose, please let me know and there will be a reward for your help. I am unable to have children of my own due to medical issues and neither is my husband, and she is a child to us. We have had her since she was ten days old and being without her has been entirely life altering for the worse. We desperately need her back, as I can imagine she needs us just as badly as she was completely dependent and attached to us.
