87" sofa with ottoman (makes a mini sectional) enjoyed in a pet loving but chemical free home. We are NOT having it cleaned before giving away so this will need to be done. The gold micro velvet upholstery was chosen for great clean up with water based cleaner (we always use Zerorez which is just a water process...no chemicals). This is a custom Lane sofa with down and foam cushions. Super comfy. Hazel Dell. NO delivery.
