The Position: We’re looking for an experienced and thorough Service Manager to join our maintenance team that will supervise all maintenance staff by planning, prioritizing, monitoring, and overseeing assigned work as well as assist with making repairs to the community and apartment homes to company standard including HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and plumbing work while following company policies and procedures, safety standards, and other Federal and State laws. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of proven experience in property management maintenance or relevant field, be HVAC certified, be able to work independently, have excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and show attention to detail, and have a working knowledge of the English language.
