Handyman needed for Property Maintenance

We are looking for maintenance people to work on either a part time or full time basis. Can be a side job or a permanent one. The requirements are being able to do a variety of different task. Anything from plumbing and electrical to drywall and painting. Working with trim work hanging door so basic carpentry is defiantly a plus. We are looking for this to be on a independent contractor basis and will be 1099 at end of year. So no taxes will be taken out. This would work best if you have our own transportation and you own tools to be able to preform tasks needed.
