I will be in Newtown and would love to get to know you over an amazing, calorie burning workout
Join me Saturday 12/26 at 11:00 am EST
This workout will be outdoors (*Weather permitting)
MEET AT: Dickinson Memorial Park (Pavilion)
Bring your set of dumbells, water and mat
(*Mask encouraged but optional)
This workout will last about 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs the most

Former US Marine SGTFitness expert for over 19 years Wellnes coach Yoga teacher It will include a warm up, full body HIIT workout consisting of resistance training, interval cardio and we finished with incredible, restoring deep yoga stretch
