ROOFING We are a company that services Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, looking for a mechanic skilled in all types of residential & commercial roofing & siding. Individual must be dependable, with a valid driver's license and their own tools. A truck may be supplied for the right candidate along with ladders. If you have your own truck we may request that you utilize that vehicle to complete work for our company, which would be preferred (however gas and reasonable expenses may be provided for the right candidate). DESIRED SKILLS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: -Punctuality and excellence in performances is required -Must have experience in asphalt, slate, cedar, metal, flat and all other roof systems. -Must have experience in all facets of siding installations for repair purposes. -Must be able to diagnose any leaks. -Must have knowledge of industry standards, practices and materials. -Wall line & chimney counter flashing (reglet form). -Skylight repair & replacement. -Custom copper and soldering work. -Must be able to operate a brake. -You must be able to pass a background and drug test. -Must be able communicate and work well with fellow employees and customers -Must be willing to work flexible hours (early hours, evenings and weekends) -Must be technically inclined to update and operate company CRM. -Photos of completed work and references are required and will be requested.
