Veterans Lifting Club Weigh-In
New Year, New You. Participants in the Veterans Lifting Club will have an optional weigh-in to track progress as the weeks continue. Ensuring that consistent measurements are taken regularly in the pursuit of your goal is a necessary step to keep on track. Common measurements include weight, tape measurement, maximum lift, time to travel a specific distance, bodyfat percentage, etc. We'll just do weight today.
Join us every Sunday at Impact Fitness in Auburn, MA from 1-3 p.m. for a social workout for current Military & Veterans in Massachusetts. Participants range from those seeking to get back into shape to competitive athletes. Workout, increase your knowledge of the fundamentals of nutrition and exercise, and just have a great time getting to know great people. DD214 or unexpired CAC required for first-time attendees.
