Found near Portland Way S and Rosewood Ave near the health center. Very skinny like he was struggling to feed himself but he is very affectionate and needy. Definitely seems like he was someone's lap cat. He doesn't appear neutered. Not sure if he is chipped, checking that is on our to-do list.
Description: Dark striped tabby, orange-red fur around the nose (I almost want to say he's mixed with Bengal). BRIGHT green eyes. Medium- long fur though his tail has seen better days, angular face.
