International Paper Helper - General Labor FULL-TIME $16/hr, plus $500 new hire bonus 2400 Shamrock Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76107 This container manufacturing facility specializes in graphic packaging products. We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on cleanliness and safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Safely operating machinery The ability to practice housekeeping Reading factory orders Utilizing basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment Consistent quality and count inspection of a product Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed Candidates must have the ability to work frequent overtime and weekends as needed Schedule - Shift start: 2:30PM - Shift length: 8 - 10 hours - Days: Monday - Friday with frequent overtime required on Saturdays Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 45 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - 2nd Shift 2:20 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs Bonus $500 new hire incentive Sign on and retention bonuses offered to be paid out in separate installments during probationary period, 6 months and 1 year based on meeting company expectations regarding attendance, performance and conduct.
