Description
Description: Employee will be using a company vehicle to complete assigned route consisting of 8-10 properties. Beginning at 6AM- employee and partner will navigate route using provided tablet with gps to ensure that each retail shopping center has been thoroughly cleaned. All supplies and materials will be provided.
Pay/Benefits: Starting at $13.00/hr with Valid DL. Four paid holidays after 90 days of employment. One week paid vacation after 1 year. Health/Dental/Vision insurance.
Responsibilities:
Sweep and blow storefronts/parking lots of shopping centers to ensure that all cigarette butts, and other debris are completely removed
Replace trash bags and wipe down trash can lids
Clean and discard any excessive waste within dumpster enclosures
Remove cobwebs from canopies and light fixtures
Requirements:
Must have valid DL
Must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs.
Must be able to use a backpack blower'
