Positions Available: Maintenance Techs Make Ready Techs Traveling (National) Maintenance Techs & Residential Remodelers Position Details: Maintenance Techs (Orlando & Traveling) Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills HVAC experience and EPA certification required All facets of apartment make ready Residential Remodeler (Traveling) Interior and Exterior remodeling Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation Sheetrock repair and finishing Kitchen and bath remodeling Basic electrical and plumbing All applicants must have their own tools and transportation.
