Description
Looking for a home for a special teacup yorkie.
I have been fostering her for the past year and paying for her medical needs out of my own pocket. Her prior owner relinquished her to me due to not being able to provide care for her. She is healthy now, spayed, had teeth cleaned, current on vaccines, flea/tick/heart worm/intestinal parasite prevention.
In her short life, she has had 4 surgeries, and after months of treatment on her eye and specialist consultations she did have one eye removed.
She is now pain free, healthy, and does not need any future medical services or medications outside of normal pet maintenance.
I have worked with her on potty training, crate training, and socializing. She has come a long way!
She is a very quiet dog, does not bark at the door, or noises. She does bark when she plays or gets excited, but that is short lived. She has lived in my home with two large dogs, a cat and two kids. She does well with gentle and quiet children. My kids are very pet savvy though. She prefers to spend her day relaxing in her heated bed, but also enjoys playing with the other pets and kids. She gets very excited to meet new pets but is shy of new people.
She is only 2 pounds, so she is very tiny. She sleeps in her kennel, this helps with potty training, but she is very small and needs frequent potty breaks. She is also kenneled when we leave the house (I work from home so not often) but this is for her safety so she doesn’t get stepped on by the big dog.
If ad is up, she has not been re-homed.
REHOME FEE
Please keep in mind that her medical care has cost me thousands of dollars, so I will be asking a rehoming fee. Amount asked will be a fraction of what I’ve spent to get her healthy. I just want a perfect home for her.
Will come with medical records, kennel, bed, collar, leash, toys ect.
