Fuelrod "Power on the Go" is looking for a highly motivated Field Service Representative that can work with little direction to ensure a high quality of customer service. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction and the prosperity of business by producing results in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
On site kiosk installation, repair, maintenance and test activities to be completed in a safe and timely manner.
Perform troubleshooting and strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible while keeping a good customer interface.
All kiosks inventory to be managed throughout the shift to ensure product availability.
Assist customers at the kiosks, recognize customer needs and offer advice and recommendations when needed.
Follow all required safety rules and guidelines.
Operate vehicle in a safe manner at all times.
Team up with colleagues and pass on important information.
Skills
Proven experience as a field service representative.
Ability to manage your schedule and maximize positive results
Ability to easily acclimate to modified schedules and shifts
Accustomed to using mobile tools and application
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation and Insurance
Valid Drivers License with clean DMV record
Must be able to lift and carry 40#
Must have a professional, well groomed appearance
Must be willing to work weekend evenings
