This job posting is for a cleanup and demolition team member on a general contracting crew and starts at $15/hr. Automatic raise to $16/hr after 3 months of successful employment. This job offers full time work, 40 hrs/week, M-F 7AM -3:30PM with occasional overtime offered. Job duties include: sweeping, cleaning, demolition, loading/unloading truck, stacking lumber, basic hand tool use, organizing materials, setting up/breaking down tools and equipment, small material runs, assisting carpenters with general tasks and labor. This is not a carpentry position, so only apply if you are willing to do the described tasks with pride and attention to detail. Requirements: -1 year experience on a job-site -Ability to pass a drug test -Ability to pass a criminal background check -Ability to lift 50lbs -Professional conduct at all times -Positive job reference(s) -Valid driver's license w/ clean driving record -Ability to legally satisfy I-9 form -Some English speaking capability -Ability to work well on a team We are looking for: -Strong bilingual English/Spanish -Hardworking -On-time -Truck owners -Safety oriented -Follows instructions
