We are a property management company looking for someone to join our growing maintenance team, great and professional work environment. Salary ranges from $25 - $30 per hr. This is for the Los Angeles City area. Our maintenance person would handle various properties, repairs would include plumbing, electrical, water heaters, dry wall, etc. We are looking for someone who is looking to work long term in a team environment, responsible and great customer service.
